Welcome! I'm a poet who enjoys writing about nature, environmental topics, and many other subjects, such as love, truth, justice, freedom, compassion, and peace.

Accessibility and metaphors are things I prize in poetry along with imagery, word selection, sounds and rhythms, perspectives, and attention to details. I've been writing since the 1980s. My debut poetry collection, The Humbling and Other Poems, was published in April 2022.

My next book, May We Learn from the Earth: Nature Poems and Reflections on the Environment, will be published in July 2023.
